Workflow Review

Week 1 — Free

We start by listening. In a focused session, we map how your business actually operates today: which systems you use, where the manual work happens, and what's costing your team the most time. We don't come with assumptions or pre-decided solutions. We come with questions.

You get: A clear map of your current workflows and a prioritised list of automation opportunities, ranked by time saved and effort required.

Design & Scoping

Week 1–2

Before writing a single line of code, we design the full logic of what we'll build. You see exactly how the automation will work, what triggers it, what it does, and what the output looks like. We get your sign-off before any work starts. Pricing is fixed at this stage. No surprises.

You get: A complete specification of the automation and a fixed-price quote. You know exactly what you're approving before we start.

Build & Test

Week 2–4

We build using the tools that fit your environment — whether that means connecting existing platforms, scripting automation logic, or building a lightweight internal tool. We test throughout with your real data, not synthetic examples. We keep you updated at every significant step and incorporate your feedback before final delivery.

You get: A fully working system, tested with your actual data and verified against your real processes.

Deploy & Handover

Week 4

We deploy to your live environment, train the team members who'll use the system, and hand over clear documentation covering exactly how it works. We stay available during the initial live period to handle any questions. You own everything we build. There's no ongoing technical dependency on us unless you want it.
