Under the hood

What actually happens between HiBob and Google Workspace.

In production this automation connects live to the HiBob API and Google Admin SDK. No manual steps, no copy-paste, no forgotten accounts. The start date is the only trigger needed.

HiBob holds the data

Name, department, role, start date, manager. It's all already in your HR system. ForthGrid reads it directly from HiBob. HR doesn't need to do anything extra.

Start date triggers the automation

When today's date matches a new hire's start date in HiBob, ForthGrid fires automatically. The Google Admin SDK creates the account, assigns the licence, configures Gmail and Drive, adds the user to Groups and Calendar, and enables Meet, all in sequence and in under 5 minutes.

Everyone is notified automatically

The new hire receives their credentials and a first-day guide. The manager gets an access summary. IT receives a provisioning confirmation. Nothing is left to chance.
